Only 13 Miles

13.5 perfect miles this morning. Last week was 15, mentally 2 less miles made this run easier!

I picked up my awesome training shirt and a few samples of Huma. I have not tried this brand yet. I’ll probably have one before my weekday runs and see how my body reacts to them.

Post run I had my heart set on a smoothie. I heard from a little birdie that Daily Juice Brentwood was the place to go!

I got the El Trapicado, perfection! It has banana, lime juice, pineapple, avocado, pink Himalayan salt, mango, and spinach. You can’t even taste anything but yum!

I Also grabbed a couple juices to drink later on.

Drink More Juice

Cold season is in full swing and I can feel my body trying to fight something off.

I always turn to a huge tumbler of fresh organic juice to give my body a boost of nutrients!

I always feel invincible after some juice! It’s natures energy drink. Yes it is a pain to clean a juicer BUT so worth it!
